These people set up a insurance agreement between them and close brothers finance fraud I had speeding tickets in the post from the police which was nothing to do with me I have never been insured with with company had to get action fraud involved to sort all this out . I’ve rang in to make a complaint and they all they have said is someone called Sam will be intouch. When I asked for the complaints email address they said we can not give you his and we don’t have to and they hung up

Do not use this company they are fraudsters they argue rudely with you on the phone I've paid them close to 30 thousand pound for 2 years insurance and they treat you like a door mat I have personally had to tell them.how to do there job and when they realise there in the wrong they don't even apologise avoid them at all costs

Worst service ever provided. Deducted £302 day after the cancellation. £762 was initially cut and was told to pay £269/month which was then changed to £411/month. Disappointed

This is a fake companie! They took me £414. Deposit payment after 4 days i sold the car and cancel this policy and 2days after that they took me another £137!
So 1 week after that i still dont have resolution of the problem every day they said waiting a cancelation letter! So i pay a lot of money for something i dont use!
Dont go with this companie big headache!

Fraud insurance took £1000 from account scammers then since day 1 told me there canceling my insurance on the 18th then lots of emails saying cancelling on the 19th then more emails cancelling on the 22nd this happened every day until the 28th March even though spoke with Aviva who I was insured with through them my policy was cancelled on the 22nd they then just sent an email threatening they want another £394 for canceling my policy I'm now reporting them for fraud insurance

I would stay away from this company and insurance revolution. I wish I read the reviews before having a policy with this terrible company. I have taken a policy out with them for 6 months and they tried charging me double 6 months into the policy so I decided to cancel and now trying to charge me £470 because of an error made by insurance revolution with my No claims bonus.

Having lost out on 1 year motor trade no claims bonus and having to explain to every other insurance company why I have a 6 month gap now. Left my cars uninsured for a few days as I had to find another company .

Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. They requested for No claims bonus certificate as they said that it had to be mirrored. I provided it to them, after 3 weeks they sent an email via insurance revolution, saying that the policy is due to be cancelled in 3 days my car will be clamped, I will be fined up to £ 1000 and be given a penalty. They requested I contact them.
I called and they said to me that they were waiting to get confirmation from my insurance company about my no claims bonus.
Today I called and they said that the information has now been received.
No call from them to say that everything is now OK.
No need to contact me in the first place with such a threatening message if they are waiting to revive a confirmation from my provider on a policy that was only being mirrored.
Better to request me to contact my insurance company to send them a confirmation.
I was trying to explain myself to the customers service person and he turned the phone off. So rude so unprofessional. If I haven't made 3 months deposit already, I would have switched my policy to another provider today.
