Jules and Jo, and all at Welsh Property Services were simply amazing when buying a property from them. We met Jules when first viewing the property, and although not meeting her again before completion - we live 5 hours away - it felt like we were making this big purchase through a friend! Their communication was fantastic, it was regular, prompt, proactive and clear, and when Jules wasn't available Jo seamlessly stepped in - dream team!
In addition, they went above and beyond anything I've even experienced, or even expect, from an estate agents, in the way they supported the sale transaction and making sure the property was in a good state for when we were arriving post completion, and went out of their way to coordinate tradesman for us.
Buying a property is never easy but I can honestly say they made us feel special and supported. It was an absolute pleasure and if looking for an additional property/home in Wales we'll check the WPS website first.. and may even wait until they have what we want!

I don't often feel that I need or want to review another firm of estate agents, but I must take time to praise these lovely ladies at Welsh Property Services. They have acted on a purchase being made by one of my sellers and they have been absolutely brilliant to work with, they are genuinely friendly and so, so helpful, they are knowledgeable and have the insight to know when a bit of humour and fun can diffuse an awkward or stressful time, in a word consummate professionals. My question to you reading this, is why wouldn't you use them as your estate agent ?
