I was a in very difficult situation and dynamic with unwelcome people in my home, locking me out of my home and all orchestrated by my ex-husband for the purpose of causing me distress, harassment, and financial abuse. I felt alone and failed by the authorities supposed to protect me. I finally managed to get back into my home, but was now a prisoner in my own home with these people, as I was now not able to leave my home in case I could not get back in again. My family members were scrambling around looking for solutions and who could help me in this situation, and came across West. Country Bailiffs. No words can fully express how grateful we are to Jon and his incredible team. The line they walk between professionalism and reassurance is exactly what we needed after an awful lettings department at Hyde & Rowe Estate Agents in London (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) caused us to have a year long battle to get our property back. Jon was available on the phone or via email whenever Hyde & Rowe attempted to gaslight us, and always broke things down in language we understood; no question we had ever felt too stupid or insignificant.

As a young(ish) sibling duo that aren't in any way career landlords, we just needed a team who could support us, guide us and help us feel safe in executing the job at hand. West Country Bailiffs met this task and then continued to go above and beyond. Even the occupant who was being evicted felt supported by the male and female bailiffs who attended the property to action the eviction notice!
