Disappointed with being charged so much as the broadband was changed before it was serviced so why wasn't it noticed that my phone wasn't connected then. Also why did it take so long for the system not to like the fact.Westcountry Fire Protection have reviewed my problem and have agreed to reduce the invoice by half which I have agreed to. Obviously a company that does value its customers after all. So I will continue as a customer.

Great Service Levels.
I ordered the incorrect item via amazon, completely my fault
