Just like to say a Big thank you to the guys and girls at here, after visiting the websites that the adviser guided me to at the appointment I was shocked to see what happens to my money from my life insurance if it isn't in trust! 6 months minimum wait and all my debts paid before any remaining money is paid to my family!! Why my mortgage adviser didn't tell me this is beyond me! Thanks to whatpolicy my policies are now in trust avoiding the whole waiting period and I now eventually have a will too! only took me 10 yrs! Great service guys

Signed up with Whatpolicy in 2016, but had to renew my policy again in September, 2020 as I've moved home. Ian paid a visit and signed me up with an insurance company and transferred me to Roy for the will writing.
I've sent all my details over, but I've been waiting for over 3 months for them to come up with my will documents and send me, I've chased them enough, as I'm tired of chasing Tyler, Ashley and Roy. It's just a simple document to send and it's taking them forever to do this.
Very very poor customer service. Will definitely not recommend them, as they are only interested in signing you up for an insurance deal and leave you to hang afterwards.

One unsatisfied customer!

Called "virtual office" and left my number 5 times for a call back from Alistair then called a 6th time and asked for anyone since he wouldn't reply. Was advised would get £100 cashback after 1st payment of life insurance taking our policy via them and never happened and we are now on our 3rd payment. No one answering the WhatsApp messages either and had to chase them up for 2 months for a quote to begin with. So unprofessional and would not recommend
