A massive thank you to Mark Sammy and Sam for helping us get our mortgage, nothing was any trouble ever and the staff worked tirelessly to get us the best products and the right ones to suit us. We were kept up to date via the app email and phone every step of the way, never got tired of Mark emailing me with a rate reduction on the mortgage. Thank you i would highly recommend When the bank says no outstanding service. Ironically given the name Mark got us a great deal with the Nat West.

Absolutely made up with the service I received from When the bank says no. Took 6 months to complete on my purchase and from start to finish they was the only consistently good and positive experience. Got me a great mortgage with no hassle and issues. Kept me in the loop the whole process and called weekly to check everything was okay and if I needed any assistance, advice or assistance in chasing the solicitors. All the staff i spoke with are super friendly, polite and positive. After being very unsure at the start of the buying process I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with them. Big thanks to Alan (who's left now unfortunately) and Kayleigh.

We were warned that buying a house was going to be the most stressful thing we ever did, but Jonathan took all that pressure off us. The process was so streamlined, we literally just sat back and signed forms as and when they landed. Everything was explained, he was always on hand if we needed him either by phone, WhatsApp or email. Our working patterns aren’t exactly conventional with night shifts and working away but he worked around us.

If you’re struggling with mainstream lenders or can’t handle the stress, then Jonathan is the man!! Worth every penny.

We’re now settled in to our dream home; one we thought we’d never be able to own.

Sam Warren from the first call to today (several weeks after completion) has been amazing, our dream to reality! Sam has given us the confidence of a very personal approach to dealing with our mortgage finding, offer and completion, being with us every step of the way. 10* stars wouldn’t have been enough for how professional the service has been. When The Bank Says No are simply the best mortgage brokers there are. They listen to what you want and are not perturbed by your circumstances they simply set out to get the best they can for you. I was told by many brokers that my needs, considering my circumstances, were a 'big ask'. But Richard diligently reviewed our situation and then searched every nook and cranny of the mortgage market to find someone who would offer me what I needed. He went above and beyond what anyone else would have done and, most importantly, he delivered. They simply are incredible. As was Laura during the application which was managed attentively and seamlessly. I can't stress enough how good these people are from start to finish. If they can't get what you need then no-one can. Thank You!
