Whilst the customer service who helped me with my claim being responsive. They decided to, unsurprinsingly for an insurance company I'm afraid, not pay me back anything for my stolen bike, despite it being locked at home with a secure, accepted lock, despite me making sure it was all up to code when I first got the bike and started storing it. I will of course no longer be using their service, or another one for that matter. It is sad that most people I know told me I shouldn't bother with an insurance, yet I did it, trusting the process, but they were proven right.
