Would highly recommend! We knew Josh through family who kindly put us in contact with Helen Foster to be our financial advisor when buying our first home. Helen was incredibly kind and personable. Even though buying our first home was extremely stressful, Helen made sure that we felt in control and understood every step. Although the pension investment scheme recommended to me for my lump sum has made excellent gains over the period I have payed into it, now when taking my company pension scheme I am paying 20% tax on any withdrawals I make, suggesting that a cash ISA may have been a better option.
Equally the time taken to withdraw money from my closed fund is disappointingly drawn out causing me a few difficulties.

We have been with William Dixon & Associates Ltd for many many years, I think when we first joined it was Save and Prosper and then there was one other name change but currently WDA Ltd and in all those years and that’s 40+ we have had different advisors sadly some who have now departed us 🥲 but as a young family back then growing up and starting our own family all these advisors all very professional in what they did never pushed us into anything and understood our needs and more importantly our financial limitations and advised accordingly and then not only became advisors but our friends to, I sadly attended dear David’s funeral as he was like a family member to us and he is sorely missed by us both and my now grown up children who also use the services of WDA. Our current advisor Rob continues to give us the respect and support that we have become accustomed to also a big shout to the background personnel ie secretaries etc for their great customer service support all in all a great company to deal with and as the Strictly Judges would say 10 10 10 10.
