Customer service has dramatically worsened over the last year or so. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get a call back for a renewal quotation. After chasing several times and still not managing to get back through to the person handling my quote after they promised to call me the following day, having to request more call backs and had to remind the receptionist to actually take my name and number for a message, I gave up and went direct with the insurer and sorted it within 5 minutes also saving money as William Taylor charge a service fee for zero service given. Considering there are so few members of staff it’s ridiculous you cannot get through to the person you need after trying several times daily for 2 weeks. I will not be returning as a customer. If this is the service received when you are trying to give them money, I dread to think of the service you would receive if you needed to make a claim or an amendment or simply needed any type of assistance. Such a shame it’s gone so down hill. Very disappointed.

I have been dealing with William Taylor Insurance for 25 years for my commercial cover, I wouldn't go anywhere else..primarily because of the service..second to none..old fashioned values..and they search out the best rates for me..nothing is ever too much trouble..I would recommend you try them..5 star..
