Rachael was recommended to my wife and I as we wanted to get some specific Pensions advice to help with planning our retirement. We had done a lot of investigation, research and calculations and wanted to get an independent expert to look over our plans and assumptions to give us peace of mind and interpret some of the Pension scheme jargon...

Having relatively simple pension plans in place, we didn't need general advice or management of a portfolio but rather reassurance that we had got our plans right.

Rachael (and Haylee) we fast efficient and organised from the outset. Rachael was able to give not only the reassurance we sought but also offer alternative scenarios/options which were greatly appreciated. These were clearly set out in easy to understand illustrations. Her data analysis and knowledge of the Pensions Industry were both thorough and extensive..

We liked the fixed fee approach and will look to re- engage with Willow Tree both in the run up to Retirement and when we finally take the plunge in a few years... Highly recommended A+
