Doesn't deserve a 4 stars rating. I'd been with them since 2o18 and in 2019 the Manager visited my home to do a will and he spoke to my husband then and myself about doing a family trustslongside the will. I was bothered when he asked to be a witness in the trust and I said no. It didn't seem right and we didn't know what a trust were my husband had not long being diognosed with dementia I asked the manager of the firm howmych is the cost for The will and Trust he said no cist because we're Pensioners and only have to show our pass ports that we have rights in the country which we did. We both husband then and I signed 1 paper only. I've since telling that firm my husban taken from home to his sister to live all he'll broke loose since 2020. From 2021 a solicitor worked from Rotherers have tried until 2024 to get the papers from WLLs &LEGALL Services, just to know what it all about. We got back unsigned will for me and banned me talking to their firm. I was made aware in courts dealing with my divource 2024 that these people all three that works for thathat firm manager thror chosen solicitor and secretary are the legal executives over our property.
Up until now im not aware of what kind of trust and why the firm sent after years an unsigned will from me and my husband had rang to say the will woman he called the Will from their law office rang him and say that they destroyed his will and he needs a new one because when he doesnt live at home he needs a new one. This helped to cause my divource and other major loses. This org has/is to be watched. Ill not stop until justice be done. I'm 76 and husband is 73. Why did they get RX1 AP1 AND others without telling us and refuse to speak with me.
