Very bad quality. The school jumpers are all bobbling after one wear, response from the company was that they can’t refund. Won’t be buying again, will have to replace them all.

I purchased the value polo shirt bundle of 5 polo shirts. They arrived and were not the appropriate school colour. They were a teal. I notified the company via email. They did not answer my phone calls or reply to my email. I am extremely disappointed and have spent £30 on items which are not correct. Please avoid this company unless you see the product you are purchasing beforehand. Photo on the left is the correct colour, photo on the right is that supplied by WipeOut Creations.

My experience with WipeOut Creations, particularly with Shawn, was nothing short of shocking. Despite initially being quoted a reasonable price for embroidery, I was invoiced a significantly higher amount afterwards (£73 for three tops!!). I received the embroidered items 2 weeks late (after attempting to pick them up twice before!!). The quality of the embroidery was awful, with skewed, thin, and inconsistent logos (see images!). Despite raising concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.

The communication was abysmal, with promises of completion consistently missed. Even after expressing dissatisfaction, the response was confrontational, threatening legal action over the unpaid invoice instead of addressing the issues at hand or taking ownership of the shocking service I’d received.

I urge others to reconsider using WipeOut Creations for their embroidery needs, as the lack of professionalism, poor quality of work, and inadequate customer service make it a regrettable choice.

I highly recommend WipeOut Creations. I’ve been ordering from them for a few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The quality of the school uniform is great, jumpers and polo shirts wash really nicely. Customer service has always been outstanding too. Thank you WipeOut Creations 🙌🏻

I ordered a fleece for the cold weather and temperature at work, and so far the fleece has kept me really warm. The quality and size is perfect. I made an error on the type of logo ordered, emailed them and they responded promptly and corrected the issue effectively. Great customer service.
