DO NOT USE. Had a policy with them for a year for a car, I had turned auto renew off but they have still taken over £1000 out of my partners account. I now have a battle to speak to a person to get a full refund as its not a cancellation.

Will never use again. Unfortunately I had to cancel a £88 per annum new policy after 22 days and was charged a fee of £73.40 to cancel. I expected to pay an admin fee but £73.40 against a policy worth £88 is outrageous.

They hide their fees. I tried to cancel my policy and have ended up paying £65 in hidden fees just to leave them. Insure with a legitimate company

Wiser choice dont answer the phone . I can’t login and can’t reset my password. This is very suspicious company i don’t recommend, stay clear!!! This company is acting ficticiously, get insurance elsewhere!!!!! If you have any problems write to them.

Renewal quote comes really late, I had to take out another policy before it came. I cannot register on the web portal as it requires your age but will not let me type it in. Probably designed by a 12 year old on an iPhone. Would take over 800 steps to put my age in as you can't scroll the year. Worse, they ask for feedback but to give it you have to select a sub category fr a list which does not appear.

Ask exorbitant amounts to cancel policy. No prior communication they just schedule a debit for cancelled policy without telling you in advance and why.

The online portal does not work . Doesn't recognise log in details most of the time and if you can log in nothing wowks.Once you eventually find the customer service number it takes hours to get through
