I am frightened of finance! Not the business stuff, I love that, I am on it every day, understand it, train in it and could bore most people with the importance of it, but head to the personal side and I am dreadful.

I have worried for years about pensions as a self-employed person, worried about the future, but have found it easier to bury my head in the sand and keep on working without a plan. Until we found Ian Richards FPFS, Chartered Financial Planner. His no judgement, straightforward approach to helping us has been a game changer – in fact a life changer. His tool has helped us to see ahead financially, pulling in various pensions abandoned over the years, and to look at different scenarios, different life events and see how they change the future. We now know exactly what we need to do.

My only regret? We should have got this advice 10 years earlier – it is really like seeing the future. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough, whether it is tax efficiencies or financial planning, or even just a chat to see if he is right for you, I would suggest getting in touch. He understands the value of trust and relationships, and confidence and has a practical, no-nonsense approach and this fits perfectly with hardworking business owners.
