We used WR Ethical to help us purchase our first home. Ashley (advisor) has been fantastic in helping us understand every part of the process. He always made himself available to us whenever we needed and promptly submitted any paperwork. When we were waiting for a chain to complete he checked in on us regularly and gave valuable advice. Perfect balance of attentive but not creating additional stress.
