They keep costs down by capturing claims allowing them to effectively manage claims by liaising with all parties. Turnaround is fast and thorough. We have dedicated representatives providing continuity with all Ensignbus' needs. Our representative Emma is always, on the ball, friendly and efficient, providing advice and support. We have quarterly review meetings with Emma and David making sure that Wrightsure services are meeting our needs. Renewals process is cost effective and tailored to meet our exacting requirements.

Wrightsure have been excellent over the many years we have worked with them. Our broker Mark gets back to us extremely quickly with any questions or anything we need actioning.

When we have needed to claim in the past our claims hander has dealt with things rapidly to make sure that we had our coaches and minibuses back on the road as quick as possible.

Its great having an insurance broker which is focused on customer service and treats you like you are their number one customer.

We had a minibus stolen in October 2021 and since I have never dealt with insurance companies before, I had expected a really long and painful process. Fortunately for us, our representative was Joanne McGinley from Wrightsure Services Ltd, she had done her utmost to speed the process up and make it smooth for us. She had always been available (office work or home office), very helpful, supportive, transparent, we had always been kept updated to know where we were in the process and her job skills, experience and knowledge had saved us thousands of pounds. Well done Joanne, thank you for all your hard work, although I hope we will never have to make a claim again, but if we do, I do hope we will have you on our side again!
