Shannon was so welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. She seemed to instinctively know what our needs were and expertly answered any questions that we had. The whole process was easy and stress free and we never once felt rushed or pressured. Nothing was too much trouble and when we picked up our new vehicle, she calmly and comprehensively explained all the controls and set up the onboard tech for us. We arrange a viewing with Shannon on a New 208 GT that had just come in. She was very attentive and listened to what we we're looking for, we decided to take the car on a test drive and she directed us on a fantastic route which gave me and my husband a really good feel for how the vehicle handled on different road types. She was very knowledgeable along the way round and answered any questions we had.
When we got back from the test drive we sat and had a chat about my current car as we were looking to do a part exchange, She was very thorough and we decided to do the deal! She talked us through the whole process, including the optional extra covers available but there was no hard sell involved and never did we feel under pressure that we had to take them.
The turn-around was very quick and she was super efficient on the day we collected the car, processing all the documents for us. Once we had finalised everything she sat with us in the car showing us all the features and how to program things. She had even taken the time to set up some main features before we arrived.
Shannon is a delight to deal with, her calm, patient approach has earned her another sale, I would definitely recommend going to see her if your looking to purchase a car.
