PLEASE REQUEST AN SAR FROM THIS COMPANY. If they have sent you a letter telling you they have voided your insurance, ask for a subject access request. They aad to pay out for an accident which was had on policy where people claimed against me, they said I gave the wrong car details at the time of insuring so they had the right to VOID my policy. They cannot back this, they have no evidence, they have no proof, they are legally obliged to give you all the info they have on file regarding you and your cars. Don't back down from them, DO NOT get scared at the threats of Bailiffs and CCJ's. And certainly don't get worried about Bowline, the people that are taking on their debt. They are frauds, fight back.

Dodgy insurance company, stay well away from them, I’m surprised they’re still operating. I had an accident with them and tried to set up a payment plan to pay the £3000 excess which they were asking for, the best they offered me was £200 a month, which was unreasonable. I paid some and then stopped paying and haven’t heard from them since, just shows what a dodgy company they are and that they know what they are doing is illegal.. so if you get into any dispute with them where they’re asking for thousands and thousands of pounds just refused to pay because they won’t chase it up as they know there’s nothing they can do to chase it up because they know what they are doing is illegal!

I was targeted at a young age for this insurance… little did I know that for a minor bump, they don’t only charge a ridiculous excess, but also, they send out some mouth breather to come and talk to you (didn’t even look at the car) and charged close to £600 for this too… so basically I’ve paid for some jobs worth to have a leisure trip over to the uk, (or atleast to my town) for literally a conversation…

For gods sake I went for the easy way out with these and learnt the HARD way, resist the urge for the price, and save for that extra month for a better company, trust me…

This company advertise a false insurance policy as they know most people do not read it, they put misleading information such as 'fully comprehensive' yet you aren't covered in an accident and will contact you months later regarding a claim telling you to pay £10,000+ they put a contact number that can not be contacted and threaten you saying you need to pay within 7 days. take a look at all the reviews before buying a policy and that should be enough information for you. THEY ARE A SCAM. 0 STARS.

I moved from Wood Green to Stoke Newington, from street parking to personal driveway and added dashcam. The new postcode has 4-5 times lower risk according to the police records, still they increased my price almost double. The car worth £3000 and the insurance they prepared over £4500!

They also added an unknown claim on my insurance which I am still working on it to get fixed! This company is a SCAM! No one knows anything regarding the issues. There is no way to get any information from anyone!

I wanted to cancel my policy and they wanted to charge me £900 from nothing! I will take them to the court as they are playing with numbers as they wish without any information. Do not work with this company!

You will end up with a £50K+ bill years down the line because of their scam.

Read a thread on MSE, when you have an accident which is at fault and they have to pay out. They do a scam on you to retrospectively void your policy and then chase after you for all the money they paid out.

Then send you a form to fill out and return with details about the incident. They give you 14 days to return it and they don't follow up about it when they dont receive it. They just cancel the policy. They don't cancel the policy from then onwards actually. THEY VOID THE POLICY COMPLETELY. so you were not covered at all from the beginning.

Then once you've moved on with your life, they will post a nice letter saying they've paid out £50K+ to a third party and you owe them the money because the policy was void and you had no insurance cover at all.

AVOID !! After being insured from 2020 to 2021, This Insurance company has put down wrong information including a Vandalism claim on the 20th April 2021 which has nothing to do with me. This has stoping me getting other insurance because this company has made it look like i have been involved in a claim and not followed up on the claim. When finally getting through to someone two hours later and being directed 3 times, the woman who was trying to figure out what they had done simply said “we cant remove this, i can remove the vandalism name but it will still be a non claim fault”. I said this was unacceptable and I asked for a headed letter explaining that its not my fault and an mistake etc. The woman was very rude and said she would send some info through but has since just ignored it. Now had to take a morning off work to get through to this company again and see if i can get some proof and use this for my future policies.

They write off my car and only paid me 1500, without any notice. My car is totally fine just one tyer flatted and worth at least 5000. I also had to pay £1000 parking because they didn’t send anyone to check the car until 2 months parking in the police garage!

Update: 3 years after the accident, this shameless broker again asked me to pay £300 consultation fee for the above claim which they illegally wrote off my car.
