Not only did he do an incredible job, but his attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. He arrived on time, explained the process, and worked quickly but thoroughly. The carpets dried super fast, and there was no strong chemical smell—just freshness!

As a household with 4 children who run up and down stairs with shoes on 😳😅🤣 the carpet has taken a huge battering over the years and its literally come up like brand new so happy.

This is the second time I have chosen Jake and his company Xtrafresh.... this time for a trickier clean. Both times he has been professional and friendly. I don't know about other people's experiences of traders...but I usually get fobbed off and overcharged by workmen. Jake is a professional and ensures that the work he carries out is to a standard you are happy with before you pay him a penny. Very rare find! Plus he's so polite...some traders make me feel uncomfortable in my own home! It's like having a friend to visit!

I had stairs & landing, plus settee, chair & footstool cleaned. Communication was great. Responded to me within minutes initially, and kept me informed throughout
Jake was punctual, arrived when he said he would. Very pleasant, & professional. Took great care to protect surrounding area. He explained the whole process throughout. He was painstaking, and thorough. Very clean whilst working & left everywhere clean & tidy afterwards .
A very thorough job, with excellent results. I would have no hesitation to recommend the service & will definitely use again.

Jake was professional, reliable and trustworthy. His work was exceptional. We called him round to repair a section of carpet we had burnt; but Jake went the extra mile and did another small job for us. We shall definitely be having him back for more work.
