This was my first time dealing with XYZ, and if this level of service is consistent, I see no reason to switch. Leah did an excellent job explaining the policy's terms and conditions and answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. She was personable, making the entire process stress-free. Just got off the phone to a lovely young lady called Lexie.
I've scoured literally the last 4 days looking for not just the cheapest, but a company with good reviews also.

Although not the cheapest, they were in the top 5 cheapest insurers for myself on compare the market.

My head is pounding today after being on the phone for hours to different Taxi insurance companies trying to get insurance sorted before mine runs out in a few weeks time.

I called originally to see if the price could be lowered without success, but after getting off the phone after refusing the taxi insurance price offered, and remembering how much research I'd done on other companies before I would commit to buying, then realising that this company had a lot of very good reviews online compared to most of the taxi insurers I'd already called, I decided to call back and take the insurance with the original girl who took my call.

She was a credit to her company and was very sincere and pleasant.

Obviously the true test of giving an insurance company 5 stars is after you have had to make a claim after an accident.
However, hopefully I won't need that so in just my experience of buying the insurance over the phone it was a pleasure to have done business with you Lexie and hopefully things go well in future. Cheers

Great company to do business with. We are a scout group and been with them for over 15 years and they alway match our best quote. It’s just a shame we can’t get the best price from the start… highly recommeded though

Be careful from cancellation fees. Within one day I have paid £185 for nothing. however they need me to write a letter by hand to cancel my policy. I have two years,no clam bonus from my private car. Plus one year Taxi no clam bonus. They don’t negotiate. just they need the money either to pay the premium £700 or to pay cancellation fees 185.
