We had to change a few things during the process of our sale and purchase, but Claire was quick to amend and offer any further advice. Suzanne was also on hand as our point of contact and we were always able to reach them quickly via WhatsApp, phone or email. We even received a new home card when we moved in which we thought was a very thoughtful and personal touch. We're first time buyers, couldn't be happier with all the help Megan and Liz have provided.

We had a lot of questions during the process about mortgages and house-buying in general and these were always answered within a day. Communicating using WhatsApp was really helpful and we were able to call as well if we needed to.

The process was well explained and all our available options for mortgages made very clear, specific to our circumstances. Our mortgage application was submitted very quickly (the same day!) after providing all the required documents and we never had to chase for updates as we were always kept in the loop.

Megan also took us through the various insurance options that are commonly taken out after getting a mortgage but was never pushy and didn't try to pressure us to take anything out if we felt we didn't need to so we were also very grateful for that.

We used YesCanDo after them being recommended by a friend, and we've have already asked Megan to help another family member with their mortgage. Highly recommend.
