Went on to live chat to sort out my renewal and Courtney was awesome!
She took the time to find out the comparisons I had with other comparison websites and double check the details for my renewal. She was able to give me a new renewal quote that beat the comparison websites. She was then patient enough to check a couple more details for me, which didn't reduce my renewal further but this was after she'd already reduced my quote, and could easily have been ignored.
Overall, Courtney was very polite, professional and more than able to help me with my query... if all agents were like Courtney then the world of customer service would be a much nicer place! Thank you so much

Making changes to my policy via the portal was straight forward and fairly quick. It would've have been nice to speak to a human being to sort my issue out particularly as the LIVE CHAT is only open between 9am and 2pm weekdays, BUT having got through to Courtney on the agent LIVE CHAT - I was pleasantly surprised how quickly she resolved my problem. Well done Courtney...you exceeded my expectations (which doesn't happen everyday!) - I was anticipating a lengthy conversation and complications in changing the start date on my policy.

Will charge you for changing your phone number. They will also continue to threaten policy cancellation even after performing the corrective measures outlined in the letter they should send you. Their Chat BOT is terrible and when you request to talk to an Agent, the chat bot will not connect you. Therefore you are on your own.

I live chatted with Shanice on 2 November because I had asked for paper copies of my documents previous to 14 October, my renewal date, and had not received them. Shanice confirmed that they had been sent on 14 October, but must have been lost in the post, so she arranged to resend them. She satisfied my query straight away and it was very much appreciated.
