Young Living are unfortunately one of the worse companies at customer service i have ever come across. I placed an order, delivery failed, items got returned to Young Living and I never got a refund. I emailed the company weeks ago and never got a response. Will not buy again. Shame since their oils are quite good.

I was also told by Y/L that once my parcel got returned, that I have credit on my Y/L account (to buy more products ?!). I just want a refund. How is that not the default option with returns? I don't want anything else from Y/L apart from my money.
