Submitted my claim in 2022 still waiting in 2024. Made to feel like i'm a nuisance by rude irate staff. Constantly being told 'Not that long now!' I'm going to withdraw from the service. A service that would take 50%......! Great service!!!!! Anyone who wants to respond?...........I've already emailed!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience of YCM has always been very positive they are in my experience one of the best third party claim companies if that is the correct way to describe them. They have never failed to reclaim money owing to me . To all the whiners out there you can not expect to do nothing and not pay for the effort put in on your behalf ( this is the real world!!)

Very easy to use, just point them at the problem and after a while a cheque arrives. Obviously charges are made but considering the time, trouble, stress and hours hanging on the phone they have saved me I believe that is money well spent.

On 23rd February I received a p800 from hmrc informing me that I was due a rebate of 228.16 and a cheque for the amount had been forwarded to Claims advisory service. By March I had heard nothing to confirm this. No correspondence whatsoever. Rang them and they verified the cheque had been received and would be sent to me minus the charges. Although they were high I accepted this and awaited my cheque. Rang every week to be told the cheque had been sent out the cheque has been reissued . I was priority. The cheque had not been sent as l was informed by a member of staff. Would be dealt with as l was priority. In short I still have not received the cheque and we are now in the middle of July. I am in the process of legal advice to get the monies owing to me.
