We are so happy with the service Daniel Elliot provided for us. We had a complicated case and happen to fall in love with a complicated house that need a lot of work!

Our first advisor from a different company failed us in many ways. It was not a good experience, they told us we could only use specialist lenders and when the property was down valued he told us to give up on it. The estate agents told me to speak to Daniel, he was able to get us a MIP with a high street lender in 2 days. The house was still down valued but not as bad, the sellers accepted the new offer straight away! We were over the moon!

Daniel has been so helpful throughout this process and has checked in with us throughout. I can't believe how great and easy the whole process has been with him! We are so happy with our mortgage deal, I never thought a high street lender would lend to us and that is down to Daniel who put a really strong case together for us. This has saved us hundreds of pounds each month as the interest with a specialist lender was so much higher.
