Paul has provided us with invaluable advice, taking the time to explain the options appropriate to our situation, and enabled us to get a great mortgage offer to buy our first home. Anticipating that mortgage rates might be going up sometime in January, which they did, Paul made sure he put our application in on Christmas Eve to ensure we got a better rate. Him and Fran were always available to answer any queries we’ve had throughout the process, and the solicitor they’ve recommended us has been very efficient too.
They’ve made what we thought could be quite a stressful journey really smooth and painless and it’s been a pleasure to deal with them.

Fran and Paul were brilliant with my mortgage. Fran explained all my options and once I was happy we went ahead with the application. The lender was particularly difficult to work with but Fran kept on top of them and we go the mortgage offer out. We were recommended Your Space through a friend and are so glad we took her up on it. We're first time buyers and I dread to think how stressed and confused we would have been had we not had a good broker.
