I just made a call, they cancelled my policy without saying, I have 4 yrs no claim bonus and I didn't provide proof as I didn't know. I called up about a new policy and bought this to light. I called up trying to explain I sent the proof. A lady answer my call very rude didn't want to listen to me and not willing to help. Cut my call as I wanted to make complaint. I try get in touch all weekends couldn't answer my calls as robot system was awful. No support.

Really bad customer service, good at taking customers money and poor at customer service and complaints. Ombudsman it has to be.

Spoke to Melissa today, was very helpful with helping me sort out my dad’s account after having issues with it for several months. Excellent customer service, very friendly and was the best help I could ask for. She went out of her way to ensure all issues were solved and did so in a very polite and friendly manner. Absolutely unacceptable customer service! When they want to sell you insurance, they call three times a day, but when you actually need something from them—like an NCB confirmation—you’re left waiting for nearly a month with no response. Emails are ignored, and getting any kind of update is impossible.

If you’re thinking of using Zego, be prepared for great service when they want your money, but zero support when you actually need help. Avoid at all costs!

Zego offer the most competitive rate while also including all the added options I wished for such as legal coverage and roadside assistance. Tobi was an excellent customer service rep. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Tobi phoned me back at the time I requested, in order to finish insurance forms. It was the easiest most painless insurance renewal experience I've ever had.
