Such a poor service. This company take advantage if you dare leave. What a joke to pay £55 in cancelation fees and then told I have to pay a further £75 even though I canceled 2 days after they took out the monthly payment. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling service and no follow up of information. They gave incorrect information on where we stood in terms of having the option of establishing liability before we made a claim. Did not hear from them for 4 weeks then they advised they could not follow up to chase liability from the third party insurer unless we made a claim which would obviously affect our no claims bonus and future premiums even though the accident was not our fault. I had to go through an hour of explaining the incident to them again as M & S Insurance broker failed to pass on all the notes to make life easier for the customer. No concept of customer service. No point in having insurance as they are just out to make money and not provide a proper service.

So i receive a letter yesterday to say they are cancelling my van insurance as a non fault claim i had when my vehicle was parked was a fault claim,i have been chasing around my insurers to get a letter to prove to them that it was a non fault claim which has been sent now so waiting to hear from them.
wish i had read the reviews first.

Zenith Marque refused to allow me to make a motorbike change on my policy. I sold my VFR800 and bought a Triumph Sprint ST1050. Both bikes are statistically quite similar, but I was refused because of my age and the length I've had my license. I am approaching 30 and have owned a license for over 5 years at this point. These are ridiculous excuses designed to get me to pay more money.

I was informed of another company that could provide me insurance and was not at all surprised to hear that Markerstudy Insurances Limited could provide me cover. For those who haven't realised, IT'S THE SAME COMPANY.

The 8 months of no claims I built with Zenith Marque was voided, despite being insured within the same company. There was no option to transfer the policy and now I have wasted 8 months for nothing and have had to pay for the privilege. In another 4 months I could have reached my 5 years no claims which would have had a substantial impact on lowering my cost, but Zenith Marque put me back and made me pay for it.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAM ARTISTS. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. FIND SOMETHING ELSEWHERE.

I have been with zenith for many years, i now have my first ever claim going through and its turning into a nightmare, car fire claim . Happened on the 16th August . Still not resolved ! When i call for an update am greeted by people with terrible attitude , which i do not understand . Still no further forward with my claim and no one seems to want to help! The frightning thing is they never seem to log any information. I am almost scared that i am writing this reveiw because the problem it may cause in the delay of my claim.

Have nothing to do with Chaucer - there are plenty of other insurers.
My reason for offering this advice is recent personal experience in that they will increase your premiums unilaterally in certain circumstances - even when your car is off the road for restoration work!
The will not refund you any of your premium in such circumstances and will even be able to justify charging a cancellation penalty so that having paid the full annual premium you may end up owning them money! Do read the small print - the powers they reserve are grossly iniquitous.
I shall be taking my situation to Which? and the Ombudsman but would like to warn as many as possible.
In this case with a policy commencing at beginning November and cancelled on 9th February, with the car off the road from 24th December, I have paid a years premium and still might have owed them money had my broker, seeing the inequity in the situation, stood the loss.
Those with classic cars are particularly at risk - go elsewhere.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES- Insure your vehicle with this company - they cancelled my insurance, recorded a claim wrong and just make up inaccurate statements about what they log against your name.

I had compressive insurance with this company for my car. After an accident when another car failed to stoped on traffic lights and hit my vehicle from the rear THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO DEAL WITH THE CLAIM before i have paid for the exceed !!! THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER !!!!!
