Don't go anywhere else! Highly recommend. John has been absolutely brilliant with all our mortgages, house move, remortgages etc. He is patient. Knowledgeable. Thorough. He will explain the process and advise what is and isn't doable. If it can't be done He will advise what to do so that in a short time it can ne done. But, gotta be honest, he has so far always managed to pull something out of the bag to make our dreams a reality. And with zero stress. The amount of messages I sent asking questions. Never felt we were asking the dumb questions as he always took the time to explain things in laymans terms so we understood exactly what was happening. Just an awesome human who really cares about his clients and his work. So look no further. If you need financial help or you're looking to move then let John be your first poet of call. Understanding all the mortgage lingo is definitely not my forte but John would patiently go through each part of it and explain what I needed to do at which point of the process (and send me reminders!!). We used zest mortgage brokers to buy our first home, this in itself is a daunting enough experience but the clarity and support that we received was outstanding. Communications were always organised well, we received what could be considered as out of hours phone calls in order to complete paperwork’s and put in place documents that we needed. Everything was well explained and John always looked for the best prices or the fairest prices for us to keep payments as low as they can be (always ideal!)
We were always advised that buying your first home was such a stressful experience but with Zest brokers, we really had no stress!
We cannot thank John enough for all of his support, guidance and valued advice and helping us to make our first step on the property ladder!
