After returning a call to a potential number and not getting through. They called me several times. Unsure if it was a scam number as they do have the name on it. I decided in the end to block the number. If this is the number that called me they sound extremely unprofessional.

Refused to pay out a valid claim for pothole damage. Won't reply to emails. Small claims court is the only solution when dealing with these swindlers and fraudsters.

Edit - They suddenly decided to pay up when I put in a FOI request with the local council. They made a pathetic excuse that made no coherent sense. Original statement still stands however.

Ne répondent jamais aux e-mails ni aux courriers. Uniquement l'envoi de lettre recommandées pour de simples demande semble susciter de leur part une réaction. Nous avons résilié notre contrat, c'est le pire service jamais rencontré de la part d'une entreprise suisse.
