Not worth the one star. Poor handling of case, had to be chased for update. Claim handler incompetent!

I had an accident hitting an eight foot long pothole and put a claim in because it smashed my spring on my front suspension. I was told by Joseph M'Bahia the council denied responsibility when clearly it had been like that for some time. Have you seen the roads they are dangerous, well I had to pay for my own repairs lose a day's holiday and limp home.
