After a lorry took a chunk out of my car, I reported the accident to ERS at 9am last Monday morning. Elliot took the call and was very efficient and sympathetic.

By the end of the day; a hire car, damage repair and a means of chasing the responsible party for payment had been arranged following Elliot's advice.

Thanks to Elliot who is a good ambassador for the ERS company.

I phoned this morning 10/12/24 and dealt with a claims handler - Eliot Scourfield.
He was professional, courteous and took all the details required and guided me through the due process and the course of action that would follow to deal with our claim.
