After 5 years of efficient service with Agnieszka and Emily the Franklin's team have sadly let me down as I closed my Limited Company. A lack of clear and helpful communication has now left me with my business account closed and no helpful way of retrieving funds without penalties from HMRC. This is hugely disappointing and as someone who is not financially minded I really expected a greater level of service and help from my accountants. This is what I was paying for. My advice is to go elsewhere if you are looking for a service that goes above and beyond to look after a small business.
