We recently got in touch with CRC Mortgages to get help in securing a mortgage on our first house. As we were first time buyers we were nervous and didn’t really know anything about the whole process. Chris was extremely clear in explaining all of our options and was super supportive throughout the whole process which gave us confidence that he would find us the best deal on the market. Fast forward a couple of months, we had an offer accepted on a house in the area we wanted to be and Chris turned around the mortgage application and got us accepted first time within the space of a week. Can’t recommend CRC Mortgages enough to anybody who, like us may not have a great understanding of how the process works.

Brilliant service. I would recommend Chris to anyone, I was a first time buyer and inhad enquired with my bank for a mortgage myself and they told me they couldn’t offer me one because of low income. A friend then recommended CRC and After meeting Chris he got me an agreement in principle in days and guided through the whole process, constant updates from start to finish, I Just got the keys to my first home this week. Couldn’t of done it without him!

We first approached Chris after being let down by another broker days before our mortgage term expired, heading towards a 9% variable rate. Chris very quickly dealt with our remortgage, avoiding the looming hefty interest rate and got us a new deal we were both very happy with. We obtained our home and life insurance policies through Chris too. I can’t see us ever using anyone else. 100% recommend and have recommended others who have since used him too. Great all round service.
