I arrived for a new windscreen to be fitted and was met by a very friendly and knowledgable man on the front desk. He explained what would happen and then asked me to take a seat in the waiting area. There was brewing facilities and water on offer. The whole proces took just over an hour. A very pleasant experience.

The staff here are literally legends, had my rear windscreen smashed by firework on bonfire night and had a flight to catch on the 7th. They were able to order the window and install in time for me to go to the airport. No delays could have been afforded and they came through. Really professional and friendly staff. Felt safe to leave the car. Simply brilliant service from the moment I initially called to when I drove the car out. Thank you so much

*Full Windscreen replacement & camera calibration*
Brilliant experience today. Handed my car over to a team member (Dave), and waited in their waiting room. I brought my laptop and actioned a few work emails & helped myself to their brew making facilities. Customer toilets also provided and all extremely clean. 90 mins later my car was completed and ready to go. pic attached from the waiting room. Everyone was warm, welcoming and very professional. highly recommended. Cheers Lads 🙂

I would give no stars if I could!!!

Dreadful customer service! I will never have windscreen replaced with this company again.

I had a windscreen replaced in August. The torrential rain a couple of weeks ago came flooding through the windscreen filling my footwell.

I waited 4 days for an appointment to fix. That was joke I got sent 20 miles away using my petrol to fix their incompetence. The whole time waiting my car getting ruined inside with persistent down pours!

The boys at Worsley replaced and confirmed with a dye test it was the glue not made contact on the corners, on the original fit.

They said they submitted a complaint about the car interior on my behalf but I have heard nothing, a week's gone by now.

I've submitted my own complaints and made phone calls chasing nearly ever single day.

In the meantime my car stinks and the floor has now grown fungus !

Also note that you can get aAutoglass for replacement bookings 24 hours a day so happy to take your money, but only somebody from the warranty team 9- 5 Mon to Friday after sitting in a qué ! Once they take your money, you're no longer important!

Terrible service! I would have thought a window gushing in water would be top priority to fix . Not a four day wait and a 40 mile round trip🤬Disgraceful!

My wife took her car in this morning for a new windscreen. The job seems to have been completed in 90 minutes which is good going given the guy who did it turned up at 8.30 with his McD breakfast. The screen wasn't centred on the aperture as it should be, the seal at the bottom didn't fit as the original and the black backing on the top edge on the passenger side was slightly damaged; this means it looks like the glass is chipped. At 12.45 the bottom passenger side corner was spongy. I was told it's because the adhesive hadn't set! I pointed out that it shouldn't be driven then, and they just looked at the floor. So, after a lot of hassle it was booked in for a different screen to be fitted in 2 weeks. Our problem now is that we have no faith in this branch or the staff. Apparently the branches don't have managers! All in all, a shockingly bad job. I will make a formal complaint to them and my insurance company who recommended.
