I have known Ashley for a number of years now and I could not be more pleased that our paths crossed. He was introduced to me as a Financial Consultant for Compass Financial when his predecessor left.

Since the introduction, he has worked very hard on both my own personal finance portfolio and also my father’s portfolio which I oversee with my sister. He is clearly very knowledgeable, and with his guidance, both portfolios have increased considerably, despite the difficult recent and current global economic climate.

I believe he has achieved this by taking a holistic view of the finances and has developed a strategy to customise the investments in a person centred way.

In my experience, Ashley cleverly and impartially advises all possible options in a way that makes it easy for me to understand, at a level I need, whilst at the same time I have every faith that he has a full and in-depth knowledge so that I get the best possible options to choose from. He is patient in answering all my questions, no matter how small or confused they are. In this way he gives me confidence that I am making the best financial decisions that I am personally comfortable with, at the same time gaining an excellent yield. During a particularly tumultuous and stressful time in my life, Ashley was sensitive, caring and patient whilst remaining professionally objective. Most importantly, at the end of the constructive discussions and consultations he was able to offer a breakdown of action points, and by doing so he empowered me to steer my way more positively and self-assuredly through those difficulties.

Ashley is always very approachable, friendly and very professional. It is always a pleasure to speak to him. If he is not immediately available to speak to, he always gets back to me in a timely fashion. I always feel that he is happy to spend as much time as I need in talking things through, going over things as many times as necessary, as though I am a VIP client.
