I found Phlorum via Google search while trying to research a plant and making sure it was not invasive. A big thank you to Paul for his prompt reply to the free identification service.
Simple & easy to use just by submitting a few photos & within no time I had my query answered & worries alleviated that although I had a quick spreading plant I didn't have the dreaded Japanese Knotweed.

Whilst visiting my son’s new garden, close to a river I was worried there was Japanese Knotweed after uploading a photo on Sunday evening by 9am Monday I was reassured that it wasn’t JKW but Himalayan Balsam. A very efficient service. Thank you.
