Hafsa at Bright Ideas Accountancy has been absolutely brilliant.

She replies to emails so quickly I’m starting to suspect she has a sixth sense for when I’m confused. No matter how silly or basic my questions are (and there have been a few…), she always answers with patience, clarity, and zero judgment — which is impressive considering I once asked if a takeaway coffee counted as a business meeting.
