So pleased I purchased my second‑hand caravan from C&S. With their first‑class experience and knowledge, I’ve realised they only sell the pick of the bunch when it comes to used caravans. A full valet and service were carried out before collection. All my novice questions were answered expertly by Tom during a very comprehensive handover. When a part failed on the water system, it was quickly diagnosed, replaced, and tested while I waited — all covered by the generous 12‑month warranty. All in all, highly recommended.

C&S have been looking after and servicing my caravan (Elddis 868) from new, and they have always been very professional. First time I’ve used C & S Caravan Services to have a good look over and give my tourer its annual service. What a pleasure it was to meet such a pleasant, fantastic team. To be greeted with courtesy and respect and not just from the initial phone call, but also when I arrived on site, polite and professional, whilst work was being carried out they kept me updated on progress through out. Our beautiful caravan has just been returned from C&S Caravan services having sustained serious damage during the huge storm in January. Tom kept us informed every step of the way of the work being done, his team of engineers doing a brilliant job The caravan is totally back to new .Although C&S is a long way from our home in Cornwall we would happily drive the distance to trust this amazing company if ever the need arose. We were informed when our caravan was safely delivered and when it was ready to depart back to us The delivery driver Martin from Safetow kept us fully informed on times for collection and return, giving us his app so we could track his journey. On the whole a truly professional company who should all be very proud.

We bought a new to us Bailey Cabrera 6 months ago, and we needed some warranty work carrying out. c&s have been sooooo helpful and accommodating throughout, even when something needed a slight adjustment. It really is a breath of fresh air in today’s day and age to find a company willing to help, even just over the phone when our electrics played up. Thanks especially to Charlotte and Chris for all their help. We’ll be booking in for annual service soon 🩷

I've used C &S for several years, they're very organised, speedy & efficient. I come away satisfied that my van is sorted & I've had good advice & always, good treatment.
