All the staff are knowledgable regarding financial matters , each with their own subject specialities , so they can either deal with matters themselves or refer your interest to another colleague .Either way they get things achieved efficiently and to your satifaction . Having researched the IFA market within the North-West (and beyond), a most informative website led my wife and I to contact Haven and we are glad we did! From our first contact with Nick we were impressed by the professionalism and patience demonstrated in taking us through what we had feared would be a complex process given that we were seeking advice on pensions that had been built up over a combined / cumulative period of c50 years and numerous employers. Nick took us through each stage of the process – review, valuation and recommendation – with great clarity and with a “no pressure” approach. We appreciated the honesty in which advice was imparted (eg leave some schemes with existing providers) together with the flexibility demonstrated in the final fee structure.
